Description

Heavy-duty 2000mm STAX water-filled barrier designed for large-scale zone delineation and high-visibility traffic control. Manufactured from UV-stabilised polyethylene, the barrier is built for durability under prolonged outdoor exposure. The integrated ballast system holds approximately 170 litres of water, delivering substantial on-site stability while maintaining manageable handling when empty (approx. 23 kg).

The forklift-compatible design allows safe relocation, whether the unit is filled or empty, supporting flexible site layouts and shifting work fronts. The STAX model incorporates moulded interlocking lugs with no loose pins, allowing secure connection between units for continuous barrier runs.

A 70mm filler neck, insect-proof overflow and 50mm drain port enable efficient filling and emptying during installation and demobilisation. Manufactured with recycled content and fully recyclable materials, the unit also supports sustainable site practices.
