Freight Pricing

Accumax Global operates on a tiered pricing model. Freight Pricing is set as follows:

Freight Rates to Anywhere in Australia

Carton Delivery – $12.88 (Perth Metro Only)
Standard Pallet Delivery – $56.65 per order*
Double Pallet Delivery – $110.00 per order*
*Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney Metro only.

All above mentioned prices are exclusive of G.S.T.

Freight Rates to Anywhere Outside of Australia

Note the Additional Terms and Conditions Regarding Freight Pricing:

1. Freight pricing will be added to the order automatically at time of checkout.
2. Orders will be sent from the nearest location that has stock available.
3. All prices are exclusive of G.S.T. and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. For special, contract, or bulk quantity pricing, submit enquiry.
5. Delivery to any country outside of Australia can be arranged, submit enquiry with all details.
6. Costs are in AUD currency.

Delivery Timeframes and Instructions

All goods are dispatched from within Australia and at the closest available location with stock available.

The standard delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days from time of order placement.

Note that we cannot accept PO Box or residential addresses for delivery of goods. Your delivery address must be an occupied commercial street address.

Goods will not be left unattended without signature on delivery.

Refund and Exchange

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Should we accept the return due to a change of mind, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (if product is returned in an ‘as sold condition’). Return freight is to be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Should the item be damaged, or you are experiencing a significant problem during use of the product, we will refund or replace the product. This is when the item is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, or does not function in the way intended. Should there be a major failure with the product, you have the right to either a full refund or replacement of the same product, make and model. Return freight will be arranged at the expense of Accumax Global.

Should you wish to cancel your order, it will only be possible to do so prior to dispatch of the goods from our warehouse location. Submit an online enquiry. If the goods have not been dispatched at time of assessing your enquiry the purchase amount will be refunded to your card via your original payment method and you will receive an email notification. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
Accumax Global is to be consulted, and authorisation must be given in writing for any return. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation.
All returns can only be made within 30 days of invoice date.
Return address will be provided at the time of return authorisation.
