MarketPlace was established in 2013, backed by 20 years property experience. Building from a core town planning and urban design offer, we’ve broadened to provide a suite of allied and complimentary property services.
Consulting to many of Perth’s leading developers, our reputation is built on diligence, resourcefulness and trust. MarketPlace provides one-to-one service. Clients deal with the Director who has intimate knowledge of all project components and conducts all consultations.

MarketPlace Director
One-to-one service, start to finish
MarketPlace founder, Paul Brown, has close to 30 years property experience. Paul holds Urban and Regional Studies (town planning) qualifications, where he was recognized for achieving top 1% of university academic results. He held town planning, urban design, design, and development manager positions prior to establishing MarketPlace. As State Design Manager for listed developer Stockland, he had National and State Executive responsibilities.

Paul has public and private sector experience. Local government, private consultant, property developer, sales agency and business owner roles have provided depth and balance. Residential capabilities span apartments, townhouses, group-dwelling, single-residential and retirement typologies, from city centre settings to urban fringe locations. Retail, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use contributions underscore Paul’s breadth of experience.
